About the Patient Participation Group

The heart and soul of any practice are the patients we care for and at Orchard Surgery we continuously strive to provide the best services, highest quality care and ensure we listen to the needs of all our patients.

With this in mind, we are very keen to build a Patient Participation Group (PPG). We would like to hear from patients  willing to act as a contact between our patients and the practice.

If any patients would like to represent the patient group as a whole and are happy to act as a representative please complete the form below.

This is a new venture and we are very excited to move things along so any feedback or offers to act as a representative will be very gladly received.

We are here for our patients and always treat all contact with confidentiality and respect. The new changes to primary care will bring the health care provider and patient closer together and a PRG is the first step to making this possible.
