Management Team

The Practice Management Team is made up of the Practice Manager, the Assistant Practice Manager and the Dispensary Manager. Their role is to maximise the potential for a viable GP Practice to remain in the area by implementing the mission statements of the GP Partners; Supporting the delivery of high quality core and enhanced services as commissioned by the local Health Commissioners; Liaising with local Health Bodies to maximise the range of available local services within the resources available; Addressing and meeting the range of Government targets imposed on the Practice; Listening and learning from questions, concerns and feedback while ensuring an appropriate response is possible.

Receptionists

Our reception team are the first point of contact for our patients and they are happy to assist you in any way they can. They not only book appointments for our GP's and clinics but they also deal with the daily administration of the practice from new patient registrations to booking hospital transport and many areas in between. They ensure our patients needs are met at all times and each member of the team is a vital link to the success of the practice and continuing efforts to provide high standards of healthcare.

Secretarial and Administration

Our secretarial team provide an invaluable and essential service to our GPs, managerial team and of course, our patients. They are responsible for dealing with all the practice's referrals, associated queries and ensuring our patients have all they require from the practice in relation to care outside the practice. You can contact them via telephoning the practice should you have any enquiries and they will always do all they can to assist you.

Dispensers

Our team of dispensers provide a reliable and friendly service to all our dispensing or non-dispensing patients. They deal with all repeat prescription requests, prescription queries and are happy to assist you in any way they can. Our dispensers are fully qualified and with their years of experience are keen to assist you in any way they can.
